Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective date: 7 October 2025

This AUP forms part of the Oh.Fun Terms of Service and applies to all users, Creators, Character Owners and Referrers.

1. Content Rules

You may not use the Services to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Involves minors (anyone under 18) or portrays minors in sexual contexts.
• Is non‑consensual, exploitative, or depicts sexual violence.
• Involves incest, bestiality, or trafficking.
• Constitutes hate, harassment, or threats of violence.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other IP rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters or enable others to do so.

2. Conduct Rules

You may not:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation or permissions.
• Upload training data that you do not own or lack rights to use.
• Probe or attack our systems, attempt to access others’ data, or interfere with the Services.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our prior written consent.
• Use the Services for spam, scams, fraud, or illegal solicitation.
• Circumvent age/ID verification or assist others to do so.

3. Reporting & Enforcement

• Report violations via in‑product reporting (Gleap) or hello@oh.xyz.
• We may take action including warning, content removal, feature limits, suspension, and permanent ban. We may act immediately for severe violations.
• You may appeal certain decisions by contacting support.
