1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

Send notices to hello@oh.xyz with:

Identification of the copyrighted work or rights allegedly infringed.
Identification of the material to be removed or disabled and its location.
Your contact information (name, address, email).
A statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act.
A physical or electronic signature of the rightsholder or authorised agent.

If you believe your material was removed in error, email hello@oh.xyz with:

Identification of the material and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
Your name, address, phone and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or your local equivalent where required) and acceptance of service from the claimant.

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers (typically 3 substantiated infringements in 12 months) and may act sooner for severe cases.

Knowingly submitting false notices or counter‑notices may result in account action and legal liability.
